General guidelines

Enter the subdivision of the organisation if it is given - Subdivision, Organisation e.g. Working Group on Dryland Salinity, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

Enter an individual within an organisation if they are identified - Individual, Organisation e.g. Peter Smith, ACTEW.

Enter a jurisdiction for government departments if there may be confusion - Organisation (Jurisdiction).  See AGLC for a list of jurisdiction abbreviations. e.g. Department of Agriculture (Qld).

If the Author and the Publisher are the same the Publisher may be omitted.
