Question: I need a chapter copied (scanned) and the book to be placed in the Short Loan Collection?

After you add the book chapter citation you can tag it twice: select Required or Recommended and Library to copy (scan) chapter.

Question: I need an article, but it is not held - can the Library source it?

After you add the article citation you can tag it: Library to source article.

Question: How much can be copied under the Copyright Act's 'Fair dealing' exemption?

10% of a book or one chapter. One journal article per issue.
